What is a Twitch Drops campaign?

Obtain free in-game items by watching "MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE" live streams on Twitch.tv during the campaign!"

Please refer to the “How to participate” section for more details.

You can link your accounts as described below and watch the “MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” streams with active Drops to obtain rewards:

  • ・”MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” in-game account ⇔ Bandai Namco ID
  • ・Bandai Namco ID ⇔ Twitch account

Once you fulfill the Drops requirements, a “Claim Now” button will appear on Twitch.tv. Press this button as soon as possible to obtain your rewards.

Lastly, open “MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” and head over to your “Notifications” to claim your rewards.

Participants will be able to obtain the following items, which include exclusive gestures and a costume, for every 30 minutes of live streams they watch! Check out the rewards below:

How to Participate

Open “MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” and head over to the Menu located on the Title Screen, then choose “Link Account”.
Use the displayed QR code to access the page where you can link your account to your Bandai Namco ID. If you don’t have a Bandai Namco ID yet, create a new one and follow the on-screen instructions to link it to your account.

Use the following URL to link your Bandai Namco ID to your Twitch account.
When this screen is displayed, that means linking is complete.
If you cannot accept the reward, check to confirm that your account is correctly linked.

Watch the “MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” live streams on Twitch.tv to obtain rewards.

  • *You can check the status of the Twitch.tv drops and more details about how to obtain your rewards on the MY HERO Ultra Rumble Twitch Drops page.

Open “MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE” and head to the “Notifications” option located in the Main Menu to claim your rewards.

  • *Rewards will be distributed in-game every hour like 0:00, 1:00, and 2:00. Therefore, please be aware that rewards will not be immediately reflected in-game after they are earned on Twitch.tv.

Q. I accidentally linked a different account and received Twitch Drops rewards. Can I change which account receives the rewards?
A.If you linked Twitch Drops with a game account or Bandai Namco ID that you did not intend to use, you cannot transfer rewards you've already earned to another account. Even if you unlink during the process and then link to a different account, any rewards earned up to that point will still be granted to the originally linked game account.
  • *Even if you have not yet claimed the rewards in-game, as soon as you earn the right to a Twitch Drops reward after linking, that right is tied to the linked game account.
    Example: If Game Account A is linked with your Bandai Namco ID and Twitch account, and you watch long enough to earn the 90-minute viewing reward, but then later switch the link to Game Account B, only rewards from the 120-minute viewing reward and beyond can be received on Game Account B.

Checklist for when rewards are not received properly

Check if your Bandai Namco ID is "linked" on Twitch.tv

Go to https://www.twitch.tv/drops/campaigns and check if "MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE" is "Linked".

Confirm that the Bandai Namco ID linked to Twitch.tv and "MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE" is the same

Go to the Bandai Namco ID portal site (https://www.bandainamcoid.com/portal/top) and log in with an account linked to Twitch.tv.
If "MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE" is displayed when you access "Bandai Namco ID LINK" from the menu, you can confirm that "MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE" is successfully linked with the Bandai Namco ID you used to link with Twitch.tv.
